"No Crush" means the wheel grips and feeds corrugated board without flattening the flute (the internal wave structure of cardboard). Our PU sun wheel is made of high-resilience MDI polyurethane, it's softer than metal, tougher than rubber. Compared to standard rubber wheels, PU offers 3 to 5 times wear resistance, higher rebound, and less heat build-up at high speed, That means fewer paper jams, no "banana effect" (curved board) and longer service life.

For pure feeding (no-crush application) Shore A 80 to 90 (soft, protects flute). For higher load or longer life Shore A 92 to 95 (firmer, more durable). We also offer dual hardness: harder core for secure fitting, softer outer layer for board grip. Tell us your board thickness range and speed, we'll recommend.

Typically 6 to 18 months depending on speed, board type, and pressure setting roughly 3 to 5 times longer than standard rubber wheels in the same condition. Many of our EU customers replace only once per annual maintenance.
