Yes, certainly. We offer complimentary machine testing services, provided that no custom molds are required. Alternatively-if a standard machine model is suitable for your needs-we can custom-fabricate only the necessary molds for testing purposes, thereby minimizing your trial-and-error costs. We will provide you with a comprehensive video of the testing process, along with a detailed performance report.

Furthermore, our highly experienced engineering team possesses pioneering design capabilities-backed by extensive practical expertise-n the realm of multi-equipment system integration across entire production lines. Starting from the selection and procurement stage,we have a rigorous quality control team dedicated to overseeing every detail-from small components to the assembly of the complete machine.
Furthermore, we provide a comprehensive suite of certificates, documentation, manuals, and videos-including CE, ISO, 3Q, and 4Q documentation, as well as detailed equipment operation manuals and FAT videos.

Q6: How long is the warranty period? Are wear parts included?

Our equipment comes with a one-year warranty covering the entire machine. Wear parts(such as cutting blades, sealing belts, and O-rings,etc.)are not covered under the free warranty; we offer the option to purchase wear parts and spare parts kits separately.

We offer multi-channel support, including 24-hour online guidance and remote technical assistance. Some of our machines are equipped with remote diagnostic capabilities, allowing 90% of issues to be resolved via phone or video guidance eliminating the need to wait for an on-site visit. Barring exceptional circumstances (such as war, epidemics, etc.), we can also provide on-site services.

Each piece of our equipment is assigned a unique internal serial number. By referencing this number, we can access the complete inventory of molds and spare parts associated with that specific unit. We guarantee the long-term availability of spare parts; even if certain electronic components are discontinued by the manufacturer, we will provide you with suitable alternative solutions.

The equipment is packaged in export-standard wooden crates (utilizing either fumigated or fumigation-free materials). For exceptionally large equipment that cannot be crated in wooden boxes, we offer alternative solutions such as a detachable design scheme, or a comprehensive protective transport package involving the application of anti-rust oil to the entire machine, wrapping with soft film and aluminum foil cotton, and shipment via open-top containers.
