Q:Is this system suitable for stainless steel fabrication?

To avoid pollution, CS and SS materials are fabricated separately usually. For SS material, all the covered surfaces are rubber covered or stainless steel sheet covered to avoid pollution. In fact all the machines are the same for CS or SS pipe fabrication, only the contacting surface are different.

Q:How to control the misalignment?

Several steps can control the misalignment and get good welding quality. 1.Precise cutting & beveling prepare better welding condition. 2.Control misalignment during fitting-up. 3. Our automatic welding station can allow 0-3mm misalignment and get good welding quality.

Q:What's the root pass method?

Usually we recommend automatic GTAW or RMD for root pass. While RMD is not acceptable by some users, we can support client to do PQR for different welding methods.
