No. You only need to break the clips on both sides of the broken board and remove it individually.

What is the density and the strength of the decking?

Density is 1.3%-1.4% (1300-1400kgs/cbm). Hollow strength is ~320kgs and solid strength is 400-500kgs (based on 35cm keel spacing).

How to assure the quality?

QC checks size, color, surface, and quality during manufacturing, followed by mechanical property tests on samples.

Do WPC DECKING products easy to fade?

They have good weather and UV resistance, but prolonged exposure affects color. Co-extruded decking offers the best fade resistance.

What is your delivery time?

Usually 10-15 days after a 30% deposit for a 20ft container. Regular orders can be reduced to 7 days.

How about the Payment term?

TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment or against B/L copy. L/C at sight and other methods are negotiable.
