Q:Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer with a factory covering an area of 300,000 square meters. Avonflow has a total workforce of about 1,300 at its headquarters, including 1,000 employees, 200 research and management staffs, and 300 sales and service workers in the Hangzhou Office.
Q:Do you provide samples?
A:
Yes, we do. The sample charge is about double to triple the unit price. The sample charge will be returned after you place the bulk order.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
Usually our MOQ is 50 sets. However, we accept small quantities for trial orders. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, and we will calculate the cost accordingly.
Q:How long is your lead time?
A:
Lead time is 2-3 days for existing samples and 5-7 days for samples with customized design. For bulk orders, the lead time is 35-45 working days.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
Payment terms are 30-50% T/T in advance, with the balance paid before shipment. For large orders, L/C is also accepted.
