Q:Which file formats do you accept for submitted artwork?

Preferred formats are cdr, eps, pdf, ai, svg. We also accept psd, jpg, gif, bmp, tif, png, doc, ppt, xls, wps. No pubs or embroidery files please!
Q:Is there a standard patch size?
A:
No. All patches are custom. Popular sizes are 2.5', 3', 3.5', and 4'. Motorcycle back patches are usually not smaller than 9 inches, with a standard size of 12 inches.
Q:How is pricing determined?
A:
Pricing is based on size and quantity, influenced by factors like number of colors, backing, specialty threads, and rush service.
Q:Will I be able to see a sample before production?
A:
Yes. Within three business days of artwork approval, we will email you a sample of your actual patch to ensure satisfaction.
Q:Can I have more than one color version of the same design?
A:
Yes, we can produce multiple color versions. However, pricing will vary depending on the number of different colors used.
