Q:Which file formats do you accept for submitted artwork?

Preferred formats are cdr, eps, pdf, ai, svg. We also accept psd, jpg, gif, bmp, tif, png, doc, ppt, xls, wps. No pubs or embroidery files please!
Q:Is there a standard patch size?
A:
No. All patches are custom. Popular sizes are 2.5', 3', 3.5', and 4'. Motorcycle back patches are usually not smaller than 9 inches, with 12 inches being standard.
Q:How is pricing determined?
A:
Pricing is based on size and quantity. Other factors include number of colors, backing type, specialty threads, and rush service requirements.
Q:Will I be able to see a sample before mass production?
A:
Yes. Within three business days of artwork approval, we will email you a sewn sample of your actual patch to ensure satisfaction with every detail.
Q:Can I have more than one color version of the same design?
A:
Yes, we can produce multiple color versions. However, pricing will vary depending on the number of different colors used in the order.
