Q:How to confirm the order?

We will send you samples or samples images to you confirm, After we receive your confirmation, we will start mass production.
Q:Do I need to pay for the mold again for reorder?

No, you don't pay mold charge again for reorder.
Q:What file formats are accepted for images and artworks?
A:
It's better that you email us file in CDR or AI formats. Otherwise, we can accept EPS.JPG, GIF, PNG, .PPT, DOC, PDF, BMP, TIFF and PSD. Almost every format are available for us.
