This machine produces mainstream PV support profiles ranging 50/200 mm in width and 30/80 mm in height. It realizes automatic profile adjustment by three sets of PLC control, completing full size changeover within only 30 minutes.
Q:What is the max processing thickness? Which materials are compatible?
A:
Processing thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 3.0mm, compatible with hot-dip galvanized steel, Zn-Al-Mg steel and cold rolled steel.
Q:Whats the maximum discharging speed? Any factors affect it?
A:
Max discharging speed is 30 m/min, the speed will adjust automatically according to punching quantity; more holes mean lower speed.
Q:What materials are leveling shafts and punch pins made of? Are they wear-resistant?
A:
Leveling shafts are 45# steel with high-frequency quenching and hard chrome plating; punch pins & dies adopt Cr12MoV die steel, highly wear-resistant and anti-breaking.
