Efficiency is our priority. With our One-Key Automatic Changeover System, you can switch between C and Z profiles within 5-10 minutes via the PLC touch screen. No manual roller removal is required. This means you can handle small, diverse orders without losing a full day to machine setup.
Q:Can the machine handle high-tensile steel (up to 550Mpa) with 3.0mm thickness without deforming?
A:
Absolutely. Our frames are constructed with 350-400mm H-beam steel welding, and rollers are made of GCR15 high-grade steel with vacuum quenching. This heavy-duty structure ensures that even when running maximum thickness at high speed, the purlin remains perfectly straight with zero "camber" or "flare" issues.
Q:How do you guarantee the accuracy of hole positions and cutting lengths?
A:
We use a Dual-Encoder Feedback System combined with a high-speed hydraulic post-cutting unit. The PLC calculates the real-time position, ensuring a length tolerance within 1.5mm. This precision eliminates the need for secondary drilling or trimming on the construction site, saving your end-users significant labor costs.
Q:This is a complex machine. What happens if I have an operational issue and no engineer is nearby?
