We provide a 12-month or 2000-hour warranty (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery. The warranty covers engine, transmission and hydraulic system, excluding wearing parts (e.g., tires, brake pads).

Do you provide spare parts and maintenance guidance?

Yes. We supply original spare parts at preferential prices, and provide detailed maintenance manuals and online technical guidance (via video call, email) to help you solve daily maintenance issues.

We provide sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and land transportation (for nearby countries). Sea freight is the most cost-effective option for large quantities, while air freight is suitable for urgent small orders.

Q:How long is the delivery time?

For standard models, delivery time is 7-15 working days. For customized models, it takes 20-45 working days. Shipping time depends on the destination port, usually 15-45 days by sea.

Q:What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union and PayPal. For orders over $50,000, we usually require 30% advance payment, 70% balance before shipment.

Q:Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?

If production has not started, you can cancel or modify the order with a 5% cancellation fee. Once production starts, modifications are subject to additional costs, and cancellation is not allowed.
