Product Q&A

Q:What materials are used in your loaders?

The main components are made of high-strength steel (bucket, frame) and high-quality engineering plastics (cab interior), ensuring durability, corrosion resistance and long service life in harsh working environments.

Q:What shipping methods do you offer?

We provide sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and land transportation (for nearby countries). Sea freight is the most cost-effective option for large quantities, while air freight is suitable for urgent small orders.

Q:How long is the delivery time?

For standard models, delivery time is 7-15 working days. For customized models, it takes 20-45 working days. Shipping time depends on the destination port, usually 15-45 days by sea.

Q:What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union and PayPal. For orders over $50,000, we usually require 30% advance payment, 70% balance before shipment.

Q:Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?

If production has not started, you can cancel or modify the order with a 5% cancellation fee. Once production starts, modifications are subject to additional costs, and cancellation is not allowed.
