Enamel Cookware Cast Iron 28cm Square Grill Pan

Enamel coating is one of anti-rust coating. After polishing and burnishing, cookware will be coated with 3 layers enamel coating. Every layer with high temperature baking to insure the coating completely blends with the cookware

1. Wash and dry cookware before first use. 2. Enameled Cast Iron can be used on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cook tops, and are oven safe to 500F. Do not use in microwave ovens. 3. Do not heat an empty dutch oven or covered casserole. Add water or oil when heating. 4. For added longevity, pre-heat and cool your cookware gradually. 5. Use wooden, silicon or nylon utensils. Metal can scratch the porcelain. 6. Use oven mitts to protect hands from hot cookware and knobs.

1. Allow cookware to cool before washing. 2. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm soapy water and a nylon Scrub Brush is recommended. 3. If necessary, use nylon pads or scrapers to remove food residue; metal pads or utensils will scratch or chip porcelain. 4. Always dry cookware thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place.
