AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryQingdao Bailiwei Bags Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer established in 2012, focused on bags and related products. The supplier operates a 1,200 m² manufacturing plant with two production lines and 26 employees, including 11–20 quality-control staff. It reports OEM capability, sample/design-based manufacturing, self-operated import and export rights, and export activity to East Asia and North America. The supplier states that it uses updated production technology and computerized design, purchasing, production, and marketing processes. However, the available information lists no supplier-management-system certifications, provides limited evidence of after-sales services or customer cases, and reports only one year of R&D engineer experience, so innovation depth and post-sale capability cannot be confirmed. Financial credibility also cannot be assessed because financial figures are excluded.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a manufacturer and factory, organized as a limited company in China. Its stated business scope and product keywords center on bags, cases, boxes, and related light-industry products, supported by a 1,200 m² manufacturing plant.

CertificationsThe supplier-management-system certification field is explicitly recorded as “NIL.” Although the supplier states that its products meet standards for export and international trade, no specific certification is identified, so certification holding is not demonstrated.

Production capacityThe supplier operates as a factory with two production lines, a 1,200 m² plant, and 11–20 quality-control staff among 26 total employees. It reports one-month lead times in both off-peak and peak seasons and manufactures a broad range of bags, but the stated annual output figure is inconsistent with the reported company size and is not independently supported within the slices.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly states that OEM is available and that it can manufacture products according to a customer’s sample and design. Its product range also covers varied bag types and materials, directly supporting customization capability.
