We are a manufacturer of printing machines, bag machines, and film machines with nearly 10 years of experience. We also established our own trading company to expand our foreign market business and provide better service.
Q:Where is your factory located and how can I visit?
A:
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang province, China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou Airport, where we can pick you up. If you take a train from Shanghai to Ruian City, it takes only 5 hours to Ruian Station.
Q:How does your factory handle quality control?
A:
Most mechanical parts are processed in-house for better quality control. We use foreign brands like ABB, Siemens, and Panasonic for electrical parts. All machines undergo running tests before shipping.
Q:Do you provide installation services in foreign countries?
A:
Yes, we have a strong service team that provides installation and engineer training services. However, the buyer needs to cover the ticket, food, and hotel costs.
Q:How is the after-sales service provided?
A:
All machines come with a one-year guarantee (excluding human error). We provide free spare parts when shipping. If parts are damaged within the warranty, we send them via express ASAP. Engineers can also be sent to solve problems if required.
