Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is about 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai and 5 hours by train from Shanghai.

Q:How do you work if I cannot come to China?

We provide government certificates, video and picture tours of the machines, and discuss solutions with engineers. You can refuse payment if machines are not good. Otherwise, pay the remaining 70% before shipping.

Q:What is the delivery time?

The delivery date is 35 days after receipt of the down payment. Peak and off-season lead times are approximately one month.
