Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang province, China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou airport, and we can pick you up there. If you take a train from Shanghai to Ruian City, it takes only 5 hours to the Ruian station.

Most mechanical parts are processed in-house for better quality control. We cooperate with foreign brands like ABB, Siemens, and Panasonic for electrical parts. All machines undergo running tests before shipping.

Q:Do you provide foreign country machine installation services?

Yes, we have a strong service team that provides installation and engineer training services for machines bought from our company. However, the buyer needs to cover the ticket, food, and hotel costs.

Q:How is after-sales service provided?

All machines come with a one-year guarantee (excluding human error). We provide free spare parts with the machine. For damage within the guarantee period, we send parts free by express. Engineers can also be sent to solve problems if required.
