Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou Airport, which we can pick you up from. If you take a train from Shanghai to Ruian City, it takes only 5 hours to Ruian Station.

Q:How does your factory handle quality control?

Most mechanical parts are processed in-house for better quality control. We cooperate with foreign brands like ABB, Siemens, and Panasonic for electrical parts, and all machines undergo running tests before shipping.

Q:Do you provide foreign country machine installation services?

Yes, we have a strong service team that provides installation and engineer training services. However, the buyer needs to cover the ticket, food, and hotel costs.

Q:How is after-sales service provided?

All machines come with a one-year guarantee (excluding human error). We provide free spare parts with shipping, and free express delivery for damaged parts within the guarantee period. Engineer visits are also possible.
