Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is about 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai and about 5 hours by train from Shanghai.

Q:How do you handle orders if I cannot come to China?

We provide all government certificates to prove our existence. We show machines via video and pictures on a computer. If machines are not good, you can refuse to pay. You pay the remaining 70% before shipping if everything is satisfactory.

Q:What is the delivery time for standard machines?

The delivery time for standard machines is 35 days after receipt of the down payment. For urgent orders, please contact us directly.
