Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is about 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai and 5 hours by train from Shanghai.

Q:How do you work if I cannot come to China?

We provide government certificates, video and picture tours of the machines, and discuss solutions with engineers. If you are too busy to visit, we show pictures/videos upon completion. You pay the remaining 70% before shipping if satisfied.

Q:What is the delivery time?

The delivery date is 35 days after receipt of the down payment.
