Q:Where is your factory located and how can I visit?

Our factory is in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou Airport where we can pick you up. Alternatively, it takes about 5 hours by train from Shanghai to Ruian Station.

Q:How do you handle quality control?

Most mechanical parts are processed in-house for better quality control. We use foreign brands like ABB, Siemens, and Panasonic for electrical parts, and all machines undergo running tests before shipping.

Q:Do you provide foreign country machine installation services?

Yes, we provide installation and engineer training services for machines bought from our company abroad. However, the buyer must cover the ticket, food, and hotel costs.

Q:How is after-sales service provided?

All machines come with a one-year guarantee (excluding human error). We provide free spare parts with shipping and send replacements via express for damaged parts within the warranty period. Engineers can be sent if required.
