Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is about 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai and about 5 hours by train from Shanghai.

Q:How do you work if I am not coming to China?

We offer all government certificates to prove our existence. We show machines via video and pictures. If you have questions, we discuss with engineers for a resolution. If machines are not good, you can refuse to pay. You pay the rest 70% before shipping if everything is fine.

Q:What languages are supported on the touch screen?

The touch screen supports English and Chinese. If you need another language program, please input your language requirements.
