Q:Where is your factory located and how can I visit?

Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang province, China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou airport, and we can pick you up there. If you take a train from Shanghai to Ruian city, it takes only 5 hours to Ruian station.

Q:How does your factory handle quality control?

Most mechanical parts are processed in-house for better quality control. We cooperate with foreign brands like ABB, Yaskawa, Siemens, and NSK for electrical parts. All machines undergo running tests before shipping.

Q:Do you provide foreign country machine installation services?

Yes, we have a strong service team that provides foreign country installation and engineer training services. However, the buyer needs to cover the ticket, food, and hotel costs.

Q:How is after-sales service provided?

All machines come with a one-year guarantee (excluding human error). We provide some spare parts free with shipping. For damage within the guarantee, we send free replacements via express. Engineer visits are possible if required.
