We are a factory with experienced exporting products. We also help clients to look for products which they cannot be sure of.
Q:Where is your factory located?
A:
Our factory is located in Ruian City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is about 40 minutes by plane from Shanghai and about 5 hours by train from Shanghai.
Q:How do you handle orders if I cannot come to China?
A:
We provide government certificates, show machines via video and pictures, and discuss with engineers to offer resolutions. If machines are finished and you are busy, we send pictures/videos. You can refuse payment if machines are not good, otherwise pay the remaining 70% before shipping.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
The delivery date is 35 days after receipt of the down payment.
Q:What certifications does the machine have?
A:
The machine has CE, ISO, and CO certifications. If you need other certificates, please inform us before shipping.
