Q:Where is your factory located and how can I visit?

Our factory is in Ruian City, Zhejiang province, China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou airport where we can pick you up. If taking a train from Shanghai to Ruian, it takes about 5 hours to Ruian station.

Q:How do you handle quality control?

Most mechanical parts are processed in-house for better quality control. We use foreign brands for electrical parts like ABB, Siemens, and Panasonic, and all machines undergo running tests before shipping.

Q:Do you provide installation services in foreign countries?

Yes, we have a strong service team for installation and engineer training. However, the buyer needs to cover the ticket, food, and hotel costs.

Q:How is after-sales service provided?

All machines come with a one-year guarantee (excluding human error). We provide free spare parts with shipping, and send free replacements via express for damaged parts. Engineer visits are possible upon request.
