The lining employs hard materials such as alumina ceramics, achieving a Rockwell hardness exceeding HRA90. Its wear resistance is 10 to 20 times that of ordinary carbon steel pipes, significantly extending the service life of pipelines during the conveyance of abrasive media.

The product's outer layer consists of high-strength carbon steel tubing, providing excellent impact resistance. The ceramic lining is securely bonded to the steel tube through specialised processes (such as adhesive bonding, arch bonding, or stud welding). Under normal operating conditions, it will not detach; even when subjected to minor external impacts, it maintains structural integrity.

Should you discover any quality issues upon receipt of the product, such as plating thickness failing to meet specifications or severe surface defects, please contact us within seven working days of delivery. If confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide return, replacement, or supplementary supply service, with all associated shipping costs borne by us.
