Usually, we need to know the material type and thickness (less than 6mm), finished product size, and sample pictures.
Q:What is the working voltage and is it customizable?
A:
Normally 380V/50HZ/3P, but we accept customized voltage like 220V/60HZ/3P or 415V/60HZ/3P.
Q:Does the machine need any accessory equipment?
A:
If using air cylinder for heating box, a compressor is needed. For MDF molds, a wood CNC router is required. A trimmer is needed for edge trimming.
Q:Can the working area or forming height be customized?
A:
Yes, we accept customized working area and forming height. For example, the BSX-2030 has a max forming height of 450mm.
