We offer two melting point specifications: 110 Celsius and 180 Celsius. The 110 Celsius type is suitable for low temperature processing and substrate friendly applications. The 180 Celsius type is heat resistant and washable, capable of withstanding harsh environments such as car interior exposure to sunlight and high temperature hot pressing without deformation or collapse. All fibers are made from virgin material with high whiteness, no impurities, and extremely low odor.

We only use virgin material, no recycled material. Virgin material has high whiteness, no black spots, stable strength, extremely low odor, and uniform finished product quality. It is suitable for demanding applications such as high end automotive interiors, hygiene products, and garment interlinings. Recycled material is mostly made from bottle flakes, which tends to be yellowish, has unstable strength, odor, and cannot meet high end environmental certifications.

We regularly supply 2D*38mm and 4D*51mm, and customization is available upon request. 2D fine fiber offers a soft and delicate hand feel, suitable for hygiene products and garment interlinings. 4D coarse fiber provides strong support and stiffness, suitable for automotive interiors, shoe material shaping, and industrial filtration. White and black colors are available.

Widely used in disposable hygiene products (baby diapers, sanitary napkins, adult incontinence pads), nonwovens (face masks, protective clothing, wet wipes), home textiles (mattresses, pillows, quilt wadding), automotive interiors (headliners, door sound insulation, trunk liners), shoe material shaping, industrial filtration materials, waterproof membranes, and heat insulation materials.

Our low melt fiber is made from virgin material using pure thermal bonding technology, with no glue, no formaldehyde, and no odor. It meets environmental standards for automotive interiors, high end garments, and home textiles. Our polyester roll carpets are also made from high quality eco friendly materials, meeting safety requirements for commercial and residential applications.
