AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in furniture and related product sales, with its factory located in Shengfang Furniture Industrial Park, Hebei, China. It holds BSCI certification, reports traceable raw materials, and states that finished products undergo 100% inspection, although only one quality assurance/control inspector is listed and inspection is performed by packing staff. The supplier provides sample-based customization and reports dining-chair production capacity, but its documented R&D resources are limited: fewer than five years of total R&D engineer experience and no new products in the past year. It has no overseas showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show participation. After-sales procedures, complaint handling, corrective actions, and supplier-service assessment lack written procedures or records. No customer cases are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is not identified as a professional technical supplier and does not provide 3D software design services. Its stated business scope centers on furniture, household items, hardware, electronic products, metal products, and photovoltaic equipment, while the factory is located in a furniture industrial park.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding BSCI certification. This is explicit evidence of a management-system certification, although no additional certifications are listed.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no overseas showroom, overseas agent or branch, or offline trade-show participation. It also has no written procedures or records for complaint handling, corrective and preventive actions, or effective service-capability assessment, indicating insufficient documented after-sales support capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports dining-chair production of 5,000,000 pieces and identifies dining chairs as its annual productivity category. It also reports 100% finished-product inspection and raw-material traceability, although quality control staffing is limited to one listed inspector.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples and describes flexibility regarding sample production, minimum order quantities, and lead times. However, no broader engineering or 3D design service is offered, so the evidence supports sample-based customization rather than advanced design customization.
