Q:What is the turn around time
A:
Normally it is 1.5week for making the mockup,1.5week make the outfit and all rest customized details.
Q:What is the approval to go process
A:
Step1, Finalized the order requirements, such as size,color, logo printing etc;
Step2, Deposit or full payment;
Step3, Start manufacturing, will provide the mockup for revewing and approval in the middle;
Step4, In parrallel with step3, we will provide fabric photo per designed color for down-selection;
Step5, After approving the mockup, will make the finished mascot costume and send photos/video for reviewing before shipping;
Step6, Packing and shipping to the assigned address;
Q:What materials they are using
A:
1. Foam carving mockup, which enable high quality,similarity and 3D looking
2. EVA material mockup, it is durable with relative cheaper price
3. Minky fabric,long fur or other plush materials for the outfit
Q:How to do the shipping
A:
Normally, when schedule allows, we propose to pickup sea-shipping, which is cost effective as the mascot costume with large space most of the time
