Q:What is the sintering temperature for your thermoplastic glass colors on liquor bottles?

Our thermoplastic glass colors are formulated for decoration on wine and beverage glass bottles such as vodka bottles Cocacola , Crona etc. The recommended sintering temperature is around 550-600. During firing, the wax carrier burns out completely, and inorganic pigments fuse permanently with the glass surface. We can adjust the formula to match your furnace curve for stable mass production.

Q:How durable is the printed pattern after sintering?

Once sintered at 550-600, degree ,the decoration becomes part of the glass surface. It is highly scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe and resistant to alcohol and common cleaning chemicals.
