To hide scratches and provide a premium feel, we commonly apply VDI standard matte textures directly onto the mold cavity. We can also provide smooth glossy finishes or secondary processes like custom color spray painting and silk-screening for your logo.

For customized ABS enclosures, tooling usually takes about 25 to 30 days depending on complexity. Once the first article samples (T1) are approved by you, mass production on our injection lines typically takes 15 to 20 days.
