Yes. For bulk OEM orders, we can modify the core single-color mold with interchangeable inserts to add specific cable entry holes, or we can provide high-precision CNC drilling post-injection to fit your specific connectors.

Standard ABS is best for indoor use. However, because we utilize flexible single-color injection lines, we can easily run the same mold using weather-resistant ABS with UV stabilizers, or upgrade the material to an ABS+PC blend for tougher conditions.

This layout requires no complex undercuts or side-actions. It optimizes plastic flow, prevents sink marks on the flat surfaces, ensures uniform wall thickness, and guarantees a seamless fit between the top and bottom covers while maximizing production cost-efficiency.

We can source and supply matching self-tapping screws for the internal bosses and outer casing upon request. To ensure your PCB fits perfectly within the inner pillars, we highly recommend sharing your 3D CAD design with our engineering team.

Tooling for a custom single-color mold typically takes around 25 to 30 days. After you approve our first article samples (T1), high-speed mass production on our single-color lines can be completed within 12 to 15 days.
