Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T 50% deposit and 50% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight. West Union, VISA, and Paypal are also accepted.
Q:What is the normal lead time for product orders?
A:
Average lead times for prototype/first article are 7-10 days. If tooling is involved, production tooling takes 10 days, and mass production takes 2-3 weeks after sample approval.

All goods are packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing methods can be accepted when needed.

A:
Production capacity depends on the model, but we produce more than 1500 tons of rubber materials per month.
