Product Q&A

Q:What is the minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity for many items. However, we recommend ordering more than 2CBMs (approx. 2016 pcs for mugs) to make shipping cost economical.

Q:How can I order from you?

Step 1: Choose items and quantity, send inquiry with accurate contact info. Step 2: We reply within 2 working days. Step 3: Request free samples (up to US$5 value). Step 4: Confirm order and pay via T/T, Western Union, PayPal, or Credit Card. Step 5: We ship goods immediately upon payment confirmation.

Q:Can I get samples before buying?

Yes, we provide free samples up to US$5 in value. You must pay for delivery via DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. We typically send two pieces: one blank and one printed to show the effect.

Q:How do you deliver the goods?

Main delivery is by sea freight (approx. 1 month to West Europe/North America, 15 days to Southeast Asia). For low quantity orders, we use air courier (DHL, UPS, etc.) due to high weight and low value.

Q:Can I become a regional agent?

Yes, agents are welcome. We require you to demonstrate market development capability before formal appointment as a sole agent in your region.
