Yes. Our design team can take 2D images.Such as city landmarks, architecture, or mascots, and use specialized software to build a layered 3D mockup. We will send you the 3D digital rendering for approval before we create the physical mold.

Yes, custom designs require a one-time mold setup fee. The mold belongs to you, meaning you will not pay this fee on future reorders of the exact same design. Mold fees are often refundable if your total order quantity across time exceeds a specific threshold (e.g., 5,000+ pieces).

Because each unique design requires its own custom mold and production run, the MOQ applies per individual design.
