Yes. Our design team can take 2D images.Such as city landmarks, architecture, or mascots, and use specialized software to build a layered 3D mockup. We will send you the 3D digital rendering for approval before we create the physical mold.

Absolutely. Once the digital mockup is approved, we create a physical pre-production sample. We will share high-resolution photos and videos of this sample for your final sign-off before mass production starts.

We manufacture magnets in several materials depending on the desired finish: Zinc Alloy / 3D Metal: Best for premium souvenir magnets with intricate 3D relief and metallic finishes (antique bronze, silver, gold). Soft PVC / Rubber: Highly durable, colorful, and flexible; great for vibrant 2D or 3D cartoon styles. Polyresin: Ideal for highly detailed, hand-painted 3D models and realistic landscapes. Tinplate / Epoxy: Cost-effective for flat, full-color printed images with a glossy finish.

We use high-quality hard ferrite (ceramic) magnets for heavier items like zinc alloy and resin. For lighter PVC or tinplate magnets, we typically use full-coverage flexible rubber magnets to ensure a strong grip without scratching surfaces.
