Q:What material are your exported PC solid sheets made of, and where are the main raw
materials sourced from?
A:
We use virgin polycarbonate resin from leading domestic first-tier brands, mainly sourced from Shengtong Juyuan and Hainan Huasheng. Both are leading domestic raw material suppliers. Weabsolutely do not add recycled material, ensuring excellent light transmittance, impact strength andweather resistance.
Q:What are the common thicknesses and sizes? Can they be customized?
A:
The standard thickness range is 1.5 mm-10 mm. Common widths are 1.22 m/1.56 m/1.82 m and2.10 m, and the length is not limited. We support custom cutting, and we can also optimize the cutingplan according to your container dimensions to save freight costs.
Q:Do the sheets have a UV coating? How is the anti-aging performance?
A:
Yes, we provide a double-sided co-extruded UV protective layer by default, which effectively blocksultraviolet rays and prevents the sheets from yellowing and becoming brittle. Under normal conditions,the service life of the PC solid sheet can reach 10 years (excluding natural and unavoidable factors such as typhoons and hail etc.).
Q:What is the fire rating of the PC solid sheets?
A:
The standard product has achieved a Class B1 fire rating. If you need sheets for public buildingswith stricter fire safety requirements, we can provide PC flame-retardant sheets that meet Class Anon-combustible standards, together with relevant test reports.
