AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a limited company associated with a larger company group and reports two employees. It presents itself as a paper packaging box supplier offering standard and customized products, with customization available from samples, designs, full specifications, and minor modifications. ISO 9001 certification and quality assurance are reported. However, the supplier is explicitly not a professional technical supplier, does not provide 3D software design services, and has no available SDK. Service-management controls are weakly documented: no written procedures or records were reported for supplier service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, or complaint handling. Finished products are checked by packing staff. Financial information is only represented by reporting years, without performance figures, so credibility cannot be assessed from the supplied data. No customer cases or cooperative suppliers are identified.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding ISO 9001 certification for its management system. This is explicit evidence of certification and supports a positive assessment for this field.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for effective complaint handling, service-capability assessment, approved-supplier management, or corrective and preventive actions. Although quality assurance is reported, the documented after-sales service framework is explicitly insufficient.

R&D capabilityThe supplier is explicitly not classified as a professional technical supplier, does not provide 3D software design services, and has no available SDK. These stated limitations indicate a deficiency in technical innovation-related capabilities.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, and minor customization. Its description also states that it provides standard and custom paper packaging boxes, directly supporting strong customization capability.
