Q:Can I add my logo to the product?
A:
Yes. As a manufacturer, we support customized production based on your requirements. Customization options include logo, color, appearance size, sleeve printing, pin length, and terminal style. Electrical parameters such as voltage, capacitance, temperature range, and lifetime can also be customized.
Q:Do your aluminum electrolytic capacitors meet environmental and safety requirements?

We are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. SGS third-party test reports are available for our full product range, confirming compliance with EU RoHS 2.0 and REACH-SVHC.
Q:What is your MOQ for bulk orders?
A:
We offer flexible MOQ policies. For reference: 1. Lead-type & SMD capacitors: 3,000 pcs per model for standard. 2. Snap-in capacitors: approx. 1,000 pcs for standard. 3. Screw-type capacitors: approx. 300 pcs for standard.
Q:What is your product warranty period?
A:
The standard warranty is 18 months from the date of delivery. Warranty applies only to normal use in accordance with the electrical and environmental conditions specified in the datasheet. Misuse such as over-voltage, reverse voltage, excessive ripple current, or over-temperature is not covered by the warranty.
