Sample lead time is 7-12 working days after confirming details (excluding paint or deep customize products). Bulk order lead time is 13-16 days for paint-free door series and hardware sets, and 28-36 days for paint doors, solid wood doors, aluminum door & windows, or deep customize products.

We have 3 ways to inspection: (1) Our Quality Controller follows all key processes and shares pictures + videos before delivery; (2) If you have an office or agent in China, they are welcome to inspect at our company; (3) Choose CClC or BV famous Third Party inspection for inspection with their fully inspection report.

We guarantee safety in 3 aspects: (1) High attention to packing materials with extra plastic, hard cartons, and wooden cases for fragile articles; (2) Professional loading with heavy items below light goods to prevent shaking; (3) Advice on suitable marine insurance, buying all risk insurance for CIF customers.
