Sample lead time is 7-12 working days after confirming sample order details (excluding paint or deep customize products). Bulk order lead time is 13-16 days for paint-free door series and hardware sets, and 28-36 days for paint doors, solid wood doors, aluminum door & windows, or deep customize products.

We use 3 ways for inspection: (1) Our Quality Controller follows all key processes and shares pictures + videos before delivery. (2) If you have an office or agent in China, they are welcome to inspect at our company. (3) Choose CCIC or BV famous Third Party inspection for a fully inspection report (cost around $100-$150 per time).

We guarantee safety in 3 aspects: (1) High attention to packing materials, protecting all shape places with extra plastic, hard cartons, and wooden cases. (2) Professional loading workers ensure heavy items are below light goods to prevent shaking or leaning. (3) We advise suitable marine insurance; for CIF customers, we buy all risk insurance to protect your rights.
