AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a professional technical supplier with R&D, ODM, OEM, and broad customization capabilities. It reports a team comprising over 30% of staff and university collaboration, plus new-product development during the past year. Quality assurance is supported by ISO 9001 adherence and standardized finished-product inspection instructions. However, the supplier does not provide 3D software design, SDKs, overseas agents, overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, or offline trade-show participation. Operational controls have notable gaps: no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, no written outsourcing procedure, no ongoing batch quantity reconciliation, and no written corrective-action or complaint-handling procedures. Financial evidence is insufficient for a credibility assessment.

Supplier typeThe supplier explicitly identifies itself as a professional technical supplier. Its stated R&D team exceeds 30% of staff and collaborates with multiple universities through industry-academia-research partnerships, supporting the classification as technically oriented.

CertificationsThe company states that it strictly adheres to ISO 9001 quality management systems. This supports a quality-management certification or compliance claim, although the slices do not provide a certificate number, issuing body, or validity period.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports quality assurance, but it has no written procedures or records for corrective and preventive actions or effective customer-complaint handling. This is explicit evidence of a weakness in documented after-sales and issue-resolution controls.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports R&D capability, new products during the past year, ODM services, and university collaboration, indicating product-development capability. However, it does not provide an SDK and does not offer 3D software design, so its innovation capability is stronger in physical-product development than in software-related support.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its ODM capability further supports the ability to develop or adapt products to customer requirements.

Client casesThe supplier states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands, which is explicit evidence of at least one type of customer case. The slices do not identify the brands, products, project scope, or verifiable case details, so the breadth and strength of its customer portfolio cannot be assessed.
