Our mud pump liners are strictly manufactured according to international standard and original OEM dimensional drawings, perfectly interchangeable with Gardner Denver PZ7, PZ8, PZ9, PZ10, PZ11 series mud pumps. No modification is required during installation, which can directly replace the original spare parts.

We support OEM & ODM customization. You only need to provide detailed dimensional drawings, inner/outer diameter, length, working pressure parameters or original part numbers, and we can produce tailor-made bi-metal, ceramic or chrome-plated liners to match your equipment.

We mainly supply three mainstream types: Bi-metal Liner: High carbon steel outer sleeve + high chromium alloy inner layer, cost-effective, service life ranges from 800-1200 working hours, suitable for most conventional onshore drilling projects. Ceramic Liner: Made of high-purity zirconia/alumina ceramic, wear resistance is 4-10 times that of bi-metal liner, ideal for high-sand, high-pressure deep well and offshore drilling. Under conventional drilling fluid sand content conditions, our bi-metal liner can work 800 to 1200 hours on average, which is nearly 2 times longer than ordinary domestic common liners, greatly reducing your frequent shutdown replacement costs.

All liners are processed by high-precision CNC lathes, with the inner hole tolerance strictly controlled within 0.02mm. We conduct 100% full inspection on inner diameter, outer diameter, straightness and surface finish before delivery to ensure perfect fit with piston and rubber assembly and effectively prevent mud leakage.
