F Series Triplex Mud Pump for Oilfield Drilling

Our mud pumps cover multiple specifications from 3NB series to F series. The maximum working pressure ranges from 16MPa to 52MPa, and displacement can be adjusted flexibly between 7.5L/s-55L/s to match different drilling depths, well types and construction requirements. We can also customize flow and pressure parameters according to your well site conditions.

Standard liners adopt high-chrome alloy cast iron with surface hardening treatment; pistons are made of wear-resistant nitrile rubber with fabric reinforcement; valve bodies and seats use high-strength forged alloy steel. All key wearing parts feature strong anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion performance for high-sand, high-corrosive drilling mud.

We provide multiple customized configurations: marine anti-salt-spray coating for offshore platforms, high-temperature heat dissipation & dust-proof structure for Middle East desert oilfields, low-temperature preheating lubrication system for alpine and northern cold regions, which can stably run under -30~+55 degree ambient temperature.
