AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryFujian Bobig Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. is identified as a Chinese limited-company manufacturer established in 2004, offering generators, engines, alternators, gensets, and related products. It reports OEM and ODM capabilities, flexible customization, ERP-based process management, and certifications including ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO14001, and CE. However, the information also states that it has no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with associated subcontractors, no in-stock capacity, no overseas warehouse, agents, branches, or showroom, and no participation in offline trade shows. Financial records are referenced for 2022–2024, but no financial figures are provided. Evidence of customer cases is limited to a general OEM claim for popular brands.

Supplier typeThe supplier is described as both a manufacturer and a trade company, and is legally structured as a limited company. It is located in Fuan, Ningde, Fujian, China, and offers a broad range of generator-related products.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO14001, and CE certification capability. These stated certifications provide explicit evidence of quality, occupational safety, environmental, and product-compliance coverage.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it offers repair and training, but has no overseas agents or branches, no overseas warehouse, no overseas showroom, and serves zero countries overseas. This indicates some stated service offerings but significant limitations in overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports ODM services and flexible customization, but has no available SDK and no new products during the past year. The evidence shows some development-related service capability but also a stated lack of recent product innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier is identified as a manufacturer with 39 or 115 employees in the provided records, offers a broad generator product range, and reports average lead times of within 15 working days off-season and one month during peak season. Nevertheless, it has no in-stock capacity and no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with associated subcontractors, creating explicit production-support limitations.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports OEM service for popular brands, ODM availability, and flexible customization through R&D. These statements directly support the supplier’s ability to provide customized and customer-specific products.
