It is strictly manufactured according to JIS Japanese industrial standards, with standard OC eye&clevis ends, precise metric threads, highly compatible with Japanese rigging accessories.
Q:What material and surface treatment do you adopt?
A:
Main raw material is high-strength carbon steel; conventional surface treatment is hot-dip galvanizing, which provides excellent rust and corrosion resistance for marine, outdoor humid environments. Electro-galvanized finish can be customized on request.
Q:What is the difference between open body turnbuckle and closed turnbuckle?
A:
Our open-body OC turnbuckle features a split barrel, which allows direct wire rope threading, easy on-site length adjustment and quick installation. Closed turnbuckles need threading from both ends, more inconvenient for field operation.
Q:What are the main application scenarios?
A:
Widely used for ship lashing, truck cargo binding, building curtain wall hoisting, power line tensioning, scaffolding reinforcement, mechanical equipment positioning and various wire rope tightening work.
Q:What is the working load limit? Can it be customized for high load?
A:
Each specification has clear rated working load. Standard products meet conventional tension demands; heavy-load reinforced turnbuckles with higher strength (8.8 grade) are available for customization.
