DIN604 is flat countersunk nib bolt (grade C), also called bucket elevator liner bolt. It features countersunk head with an anti-rotation nib. The nib locks into plate recess to prevent bolt turning while tightening nut.
Q:Is DIN604 the same as ISO standard bolt?
A:
NO. DIN604 has NO corresponding ISO standard. It cannot be replaced by ordinary countersunk head bolts. Please use DIN604 dimension drawing for inspection.
Q:What materials and grades are available?
A:
Main material: C45 carbon steel, grade 8.8 /10.9. Stainless steel A2-70(304) is optional for corrosion resistance requirement.
