AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryNingbo Bochi is identified as a trading company in Cixi, Ningbo, operating with manufacturing-related capabilities and full-chain in-house production claims. It reports broad customization, recent new-product development, ODM services, OEM work for well-known brands, and 14 years of export experience. Production evidence includes more than 10 production lines, 6–10 quality-control staff, in-house processing from cutting through painting, and quality monitoring. However, the supplier reports no management-system certification, no overseas agents or branches, no overseas warehouse or showroom, no offline trade-show participation, and no valid manufacturing contract with associated subcontractors. Complaint handling, corrective-action procedures, inspection instructions, and supplier assessment procedures are documented and followed. Financial credibility cannot be fully judged because the supplied financial information is incomplete and inconsistent, while monetary figures are omitted here.

CertificationsThe supplier reports no certification of management systems. Although it states that quality assurance exists and that corrective-action and complaint procedures are documented and followed, no formal certification is evidenced.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented and followed procedures for handling customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions. However, it reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, or branches, and offers overseas services in zero countries, so the evidence supports process capability but not broad local after-sales coverage.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports R&D and production experience, new products during the past year, ODM services, and multiple forms of customization. It also reports no available SDK, and the stated total R&D engineer experience is limited to three, so innovation capability is evidenced but its depth is unclear.

Production capacityThe supplier describes full-chain in-house production with strict quality monitoring, more than 10 production lines, 6–10 quality-control staff, inventory capability, 55 qualified service suppliers, and documented supplier-assessment procedures. However, it reports no valid manufacturing contract with associated subcontractors, which weakens production-governance assurance.

Customization capabilityBoth customization records list customization from samples, designs, full customization, and minor customization. The supplier therefore explicitly demonstrates broad customization-service coverage.

Client casesThe supplier reports 14 years of exporting experience, OEM service for well-known brands, and Europe as a primary export market. These statements indicate relevant customer and market experience, although no specific customer names, products, or verifiable case details are provided.
