Causes include excessive gap between grate plates, coal quality issues with too fine particles, or poor closure of scales. Solution: Adjust or replace the gap between the grate plates, control the coal particle size (recommended 10-25mm), and check the scale closure mechanism.

Long-term high temperature fatigue causing creep, overload operation from excessive coal consumption, or poor lubrication leading to increased wear. Solution: Replace the high-temperature resistant alloy chain, control the load reasonably, and lubricate regularly with high-temperature grease.

Causes include using non-standard materials, localized overheating from uneven air distribution, or rapid cooling after shutdown. Solution: Upgrade the material, adjust the air distribution uniformity, and slowly cool down when shutting down the furnace.

Caused by uneven chain tension, wear or offset of the guide rail, or non-parallel drive shaft. Solution: Adjust the tension of the chain again, repair or replace the guide rail, and correct the parallelism of the drive shaft.
